Purchasing
Do I need a discovery call before buying?
No. The four standard builds are bought directly. You choose a build, select Standard or Express and complete checkout. Everything we need is gathered in the project brief.
How much does each build cost?
Shopify Product Page Rebuild: $1,500. Cart & Checkout Optimization: $1,500. Landing Page Rebuild: $2,000. New Conversion Page: $2,500. Full Conversion Build: starting at $5,000, priced once it has been scoped.Compare the builds
How is payment handled?
Payment is taken through secure Stripe checkout. Willmerce never sees or stores your full card details.
Is this a retainer or an ongoing engagement?
No. Each build is a defined product with a set scope, price and delivery window. Once the final files are delivered, the build is complete.

Project Brief
When do I complete the project brief?
After payment. The brief is available from your order confirmation page.
What does the brief ask for?
Your audience, offer, brand, objective and the existing experience, along with the assets the build needs, such as product imagery, logos and brand guidelines.
When does the production timeline start?
Once the completed brief and required assets have been received. Delivery windows are counted in business days from that point.
Production
What does Willmerce handle?
Conversion research and strategy, conversion copy, creative direction, desktop and mobile design, and the responsive front-end build.
Do you need access to my store?
No. Willmerce never asks for store or hosting passwords, and doesn’t need account access to produce the build.
Will I see work before the final files?
Yes. You receive V1, the first complete version of the build, and review it before the revision round.
Delivery
How long does a build take?
Each build has a standard delivery window in business days, starting once the completed brief and required assets are received.Delivery windows by build
What can move the schedule?
Late assets or delayed feedback. When either happens, the delivery date moves accordingly.
Do you publish the build to my live store?
No. Willmerce delivers finished files. You or your developer handle implementation into your live store or site.
Revisions
How many revisions are included?
One structured revision round. You submit consolidated feedback on V1 in a single submission, and the build is refined within the approved direction and scope.
What counts as a revision?
Copy adjustments, layout and hierarchy refinements, visual adjustments and fixes within the approved direction. New pages or sections, or a change of product, offer, audience or direction after production begins, are new scope.
Can I have another round?
Yes. An Additional Revision Round is available for $300 once the included round has been used.
Technical Files
What do I receive?
Finished, responsive, developer-ready front-end files for the build you purchased.
Who implements the files?
You or your developer. The files are prepared so they can be implemented into your existing commerce environment.
Express
What is Express Delivery?
Priority production with an accelerated delivery schedule, subject to current production capacity. The scope of the build doesn’t change.
How much does Express cost?

Full Conversion Builds
What is a Full Conversion Build?
A build for conversion experiences that span multiple pages, steps or touchpoints. It starts at $5,000 and is scoped before it is priced.
How is it scoped?
