Willmerce Studios (“Willmerce”, “we”, “us”) sells fixed-scope digital design and front-end build products online. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website or buy a build, why we collect it, and how it is handled.

We collect only what we need to sell, produce and deliver a build, and to answer your questions:

• Contact details such as your name, email address and brand or store name, when you send a message, submit a scope form or place an order.
• Order information such as the build and delivery option you selected and the status of your project.
• Project brief information and uploaded assets, such as descriptions of your audience and offer, brand guidelines, imagery and other files you provide for the build.
• Technical information such as basic request and log data generated when you visit the website.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout and are handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy. Willmerce does not receive or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of payment and related order details from Stripe.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

• Process your order and confirm payment
• Produce the build described in your project brief
• Deliver files, request feedback and manage revisions
• Reply to messages and scope submissions
• Operate, secure and improve this website
• Meet legal, accounting and tax obligations

Service providers

We rely on a small number of service providers to run the business. This website is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions, order records, project brief data and uploaded files are stored using Netlify services. Payments are processed by Stripe. These providers process information on our behalf to provide their services.

No sale of personal information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Retention

We keep project brief information and uploaded assets for as long as needed to produce and deliver the build and to support the revision process, and order records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. Willmerce never asks for passwords to your store, hosting or other accounts, and we ask that you do not send them.

Your choices and rights
